fished a tournment on blue ridge on 10/01/08 we won with 11.98 mostly spots and largemouth, the smallmouth bite righr now is the 1st two hours at day break, then after that you need to target spots and largemouth, the temp is droping good, so is the water depth. the end of this month and the 1st of november the top water bite for smallmouth shoild be killer, just remember put back just like you caught them, that way you can catch them again
