Wyoming Fly Fishing Trip

Just returned on the 16th of August from a week of fishing in and around the outskirts of Jackson, WY. I was lucky enough to tag along with my good friend and fellow guide Brad Wayne.

Fly Fishing was absolutely incredible. It was HOPPER MANIA! However, big Parachute Adams and various foam patterns also worked very well. The mosquitoes are gone now and the crowds have dwindled down. Even better, the fishing is still off the chain. I'd move there in a heart beat if the fishing season was longer. If you have the chance to head out there within the next month I highly recommend giving my good friend Ben Brennan a call. He'll flat out put you on the fish. If you fish the right water you shouldn't have to dig into your nymph box. Plus, it's worth the trip just to see the Cutthroat's rise and suck in your dry fly.
