Piloting shallow-draft boats equipped with outboards and trolling motors, your Brazilian guide will lead you to tributaries and lagoons inaccessible to others. It’s common to catch two or three dozen peacocks a day, from 3-pound butterflies to 20-pound monsters. Back at camp, you’ll enjoy tasty meals and Quonset-style floating cabins with comfortable beds, reading lights, fans and private bathrooms.
