This is totally for real.  I witnessed it myself and yes, he did get a bug sample.  Mostly Caddis Pupa, which supposedly taste like crap :)   That did not surprise me since it was being sucked out the tail pipe.

  1. Yeah, not a fan… can’t see myself ever desperate enough to find out what fish are biting on to bite the stomach out of a live fish, just seems wrong to me.

    He is sucking the digested food out of the Bung-Hole dude, not biting the stomach out. HA HA The trout is having a premature bowl movement. I will admit though, it is a little disgraceful, but hey, so is using a real stomach pump.
