Fall Fishing on Lake Parksville

Posted By on October 4, 2011

I had the opportunity to get out today on Lake Parksville with my fishing buddy Mike. All I can say is the fall bass bite and pattern has started, and it’s only going to get better as we move toward the months of November and December. Lake Parksville water temperatures were 71-72 degrees and the lake is crystal clear. We caught our fish on points and steep rocky banks. We boated 42 spotted bass and 4 largemouth in 8 hours of fishing. We caught the bass fishing a dropshot rig, shakey head jig, and hard and soft jerk baits. As the water tempertures continue to drop the fall fishing will just get progressively better each day. Our calander is starting to fill up, so book now for a fall fishing trip you’ll never forget.

Tight Lines.
