“The Natural”, Tarpon Fly
Posted By Kent Klewein on January 30, 2009
Capt. Joel Dickey just submitted me this killer tarpon pattern for all you saltwater fly fishermen out there. I fished this pattern with Joel last year and we jumped multiple poons with it, YEAH BABY! I like the natural colors, which at times can be a much better color choice than your typical bold chartreuse patterns. Especially when your fishing for highly pressured tarpon. Most of the time the hard part is not finding the Tarpon it’s getting them to take your fly without spooking them.
