Mountain Lakes are Fishing Great

Posted By on November 7, 2011

We got out last week on Parksville Lake and Lake Blue Ridge, If your looking to catch some fish now is the time. On Parksville we caught 42 spotted bass fishing 4.5 RoboWorms on dropshot. On Blue Ridge one day we caught 46 and the next day we caught 35 using RoboWorms on dropshot and tube baits. We are starting to catch a few smallies on Blue Ridge since the water temp has droped to 59 degrees. If you want to catch numbers or take a kid fishing for fun, there is no better time to fish then the fall. Call use now to book a trip.

  1. We live up in Colorado, and this blog makes just want to take off to one of our mountain lakes. Unfortunately, it’s a bit cold out there. I think we missed the fall fishing in Colorado. Thanks for the post, great looking fish!
