Fall Brings Big Bass

Posted By Kent Klewein on November 5, 2009

blue_ridge_smallmouth_bass_fishingThis fall has been reasonably warm this year so far but the last couple of nights have started to bring us temperatures into the mid 30s.  These cooler temperatures are going to start to drop the water temps in the lake and the bass are going to start feeding heavy.  Topwater fishing will pick up as well as the jerkbait bite.  I absolutely am stoked for the next few weeks of bass fishing.  This time of year brings us big bass matched with fast paced fishing.  It just does not get any better than this.
